ROCKETS IN THE PUBLIC EYE

The Rocket Racing LeagueŽ will be on exhibit at two major events in the coming months.

As the Rocket Racing LeagueŽ takes shape, interest continues to grow among both aviation community insiders and casual fans of the romance of flying. As a result, the RRL™ will be on exhibit in two extremely high-profile venues in the coming months.

The Sun 'n Fun Fly-In, April 4 - 10 at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport in Lakeland, Florida, is the second largest aviation enthusiast event in the U.S., with almost 200,000 people, 4,000 planes and 500 exhibitors. The RRL will complement the display from Velocity Aircraft, the company that will produce production versions of the X-Racer.

On exhibit at Sun 'n Fun (www.sun-n-fun.org) will be a Velocity SE (the plane that will form the basis of the RRL's rocket-powered X-Racer) in RRL colors, banners, signs, flags, model and a flight simulator that will allow pilots to experience the thrills and technique of an RRL competition.

Velocity is hosting a pilot's dinner on Friday night to thank their sponsors (WSI In-Flight Weather, Mt-Propeller, Continental engines, Blue Mt. Avionics) with the Rocket Racing LeagueŽ as the theme. Rocking Racing League pilots Sean D. Tucker and Erik Lindbergh, grandson of Charles Lindbergh, will be featured speakers.

"This is one of the major aviation events in the U.S., and we're delighted to be part of it," says Mike D'Angelo, RRL Vice President of Business Development. "We're right on schedule in making the RRL a reality and our participation in the Sun 'n Fun Fly-In is the next step in the process. The aviation fans attending the event will form the enthusiast core of the RRL fan base, and the companies represented will be part of the aerospace infrastructure that allows the RRL to grow and evolve."

After the Sun 'n Fun event, the RRL has been invited to be part of the SpaceShipOne display that will be exhibited from May through October at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York. Located aboard the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid berthed in the Hudson River in Manhattan, the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum (www.intrepidmuseum.org) is one of the city's top attractions and features an exciting and ever-changing variety of educational exhibits and activities.

The RRL display is still being finalized, but current plans call for a dozen 3-foot long Mark I X-Racer models hanging from the museum's 18-foot ceiling, positioned as they would be during competition and bounded by a series of rings to depict the virtual tunnels through which they will race. Also part of the exhibit would be a poster presentation and other visual materials to educate visitors about the Rocket Racing LeagueŽ.

"This is a tremendous opportunity for us to educate a large number and wide variety of people about the Rocket Racing LeagueŽ," says D'Angelo. "The Intrepid Museum is one of the premier tourist attractions in New York, as well as a popular field trip for students from area schools. Our mission is to accelerate the development of commercial rocket technology and to re-invigorate mankind's drive towards the final frontier. We will do this by making space personally accessible to the public, and I can't think of a better way to do it than being part of this exhibit."
