Rocket Racing League® BREAKS GROUND ON AEROSPACE BUSINESS PARK WITH FIRST PHASE HANGARS
Las Cruces, NM (January 14, 2008) - The Rocket Racing League® (RRL ), in collaboration with the City of Las Cruces, the Mesilla Valley Economic Development Office and the New Mexico Economic Development Department, today broke ground on the first phase of the RRL Aerospace Business Park, construction of two of the first hangars to be built at the east end of Las Cruces International Airport.

THREE NEW RACE TEAMS JOIN Rocket Racing League®
Civilian Test Pilots and Military Combat Veterans Join to Take League International
NEW YORK - October 26, 2007 - The playing field of the Rocket Racing League® doubles in size today and goes international as three new teams announce their acceptance into the League, bringing a total of six teams primed to compete in the Rocket Racing League®'s inaugural season. Rocket Star Racing, Team Extreme Rocket Racing and Canada-based Beyond Gravity Rocket Racing join existing teams Bridenstine Rocket Racing, Santa Fe Racing and Thunderhawk Rocket Racing.

FORMER U.S. CONGRESSMAN ROBERT S. WALKER JOINS ADVISORY BOARD OF Rocket Racing League®
Las Cruces, NM (October 23, 2006) - Former U.S. Congressman and science/space/technology expert Robert S. Walker has joined the advisory board of the Rocket Racing League® (RRL) and will serve as its liaison for public and government relations. The RRL, which aims to debut its first NASCAR-style races in late Fall 2007, is a first-of-its-kind aerospace sports and entertainment league formed by X PRIZE founder Peter Diamandis, a space travel enthusiast, and Granger Whitelaw, a two-time Indy 500 champion team partner.

THIRD TEAM STRAPS-IN FOR Rocket Racing League®
Las Cruces, NM (October 21, 2006) - The Rocket Racing League® (RRL) has announced the third team, and the first New Mexico team, to compete in its inaugural racing season that kicks off next year. Founded by Marc Robert Cumbow, an Albuquerque land developer, and his father, Edward W. Cumbow, a retired Air Force pilot, "Santa Fe Racing", will be joining the Leading Edge and Bridenstine Rocket Racing teams already committed to the league, it was announced on Saturday at the X-Prize Cup in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
