Rocket Star Racing was founded by Todd White. Todd is a former Navy Test Pilot and Internet entrepreneur. Todd's 20 year military career as a Naval Aviator and Test Pilot resulted in over 3,000 flight hours in 30 different types of aircraft including the F-4, F-15, F-16, F-18, T-38, T-A4, T-2 and P-51. Todd is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Test Pilot School and received a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Post Graduate School. Todd was named Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Two Zero (VX-20) Test Pilot of the year. Todd is the founder of Neptune Networks, the leading provider of Internet services to airline passengers with installations at major airports providing high-speed Internet services to millions of passengers.
